Umariyapan Navankur Organization Conducts Sector-Level Meeting in Mahner; District Coordinator Issues Essential Instructions to Committee Members
Dhimarkheda | A sector-level meeting was organized on Thursday by the Navankur organization of Umariyapan under the Madhya Pradesh Jan Abhiyan Parishad in Dhimarkheda at the village of Mahner. During the meeting, District Coordinator Dr. Tejsingh Keshwal reviewed the work done by the committee members. Discussing the upcoming work plan, he gathered sequential information. The District Coordinator also inquired about the flood-affected villages, and the committee members informed him about the disaster in the area and the assistance provided. He advised planting indigenous crops such as oranges, custard apples, lemons, and jamuns along with promoting advanced farming among farmers in the region. He also provided information about the CMCLDP course. Present on the occasion were Sector In-Charge Ankit Jharia, Consultant Shailesh Dubey, Prasfutan Committee members Shailendra Jharia, Akhilesh Soni, Somnath Patel, Lalit Bajpai, Sharad Jharia, Naver Singh, Mukesh Singh, Sujeet Barman, Sushil Jharia, Shivam Tantuway, Satyam Chaurasia, Shahba Bi Behna, Preeti Kurmi, Vipasha Singh, Lakshmi Kachi, Saurabh Kori, and others.
*Tree Plantation Initiative*
District Coordinator of the Jan Abhiyan Parishad, Dr. Tejsingh Keshwal, conducted a tree plantation drive in the school premises of Karondi. He planted various species of trees, including mango, khamer, custard apple, and neem. The responsibility for the protection of these trees was entrusted to the committee members. Before this, he also inspected the plants prepared in the nursery set up by the Umariyapan Navankur organization in the Dhimarkheda sector and took stock of the tree plantation done by the sector committees.
